Manik Ghosh is a healthcare management professional with over 12 years of experience in Hematology, Stem Cell Transplant, and Hospital Operations. Currently serving as Manager – Department of Hemato-Oncology and BMT at Marengo Asia Hospitals (Gurgaon & Faridabad), he specializes in clinical administration, operational strategy, and department management.

Previously, he led operations and patient care services at Tata Medical Center, Kolkata for 7 years, followed by roles in Quality Assurance and SOP Development at NH Health City, Bangalore and Patient Care Services at AMRI Hospital, Kolkata. His expertise lies in streamlining operations, enhancing patient care delivery, and driving strategic growth in highly specialized clinical departments.
